Track Tuesdays (Powered by Ritual Runners)

What: Weekly interval session to build speed, endurance, and community. Open to all fitness levels.
When: Tuesdays, 5:30 AM – rain or shine
Where: Domain Athletics Track (meet at the main gate)

Session Format:

  • 10-min warm-up jog

  • 5-min stretch & briefing

  • 20–30 mins of intervals

  • 5–10 min cool-down jog

  • Optional post-run coffee at Abercrombie Coffee

    What to Bring: Running gear, water, warm jumper, head torch (Apr–Oct), and a buddy if you can
